Because of the presenting news of Thai PBS case in subject “induce the student to be ally” in Prominent News of Southern period on 24th february 2013, by the substance of that program has refered to The Federation of Patanian Student and Youthor (PERMAS) were affect with The Patani National Revolutionary United or (BRN-Coordinate). Which that report was not specify the according sources ; It was serious damage result for the student movement that engrossed propel peace issue.
The student helped to create an atmosfere to be born politic place in condition that people lose belief to the adminisration structure and the goverment judment process ; via campaign activities and provide knowledge about democracy principle, main human right and peace process but the reporter thought that the student had violence degree idea.
In condition, Thai government has clear standpoint that unaccepted the political manner of BRN-Coordinate that fight for political idiology; do not a criminal that unlawful so it was a result that BRN-coordinate failed to communicate with the social public besides do not has any mass media can be a media channel for the govern criminal. An accusation student that be a structure of BRN-Coordinate in violence degree significance ; the real is true or not , the BRN-coordinate is only answer because student cannot answer if we answer, surely the government is not believe in one’s word. This may be a damage belief plan or discredit student part of public media that social many brance believe that is not a government communication tool for distort correct information in the area throughly.
Therefore, The Federation of Patanian Student and Youthor (PERMAS) claims to Thai PBS television station as follows;
- The station must explain origin informed source that had presented and annouse to public clearly.
- The station must identify organization or individual student how to related with BRN-coordinate together with produce evidence clearly.
- The station should show responsible by apologize for lose student image generally.
