Declare 10 agreed resolutions
คืนวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม ในพิธีปิดงานประชุมนานาชาติเพื่อความเป็นเอกภาพของอุมมะฮฺอิสลาม ครั้งที่ 4 ณ สนามฟุตบอล สเตเดียม สุลต่าน มุฮัมมัด ที่ IV โกตาบารู รัฐกลันตัน ประเทศมาเลเซีย ซึ่งมีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 100,000 คน ชัยค์ อับดุล ฆ็อฟฟาร อะซีซ ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการสหภาพนักปราชญ์มุสลิมนานาชาติ (IUMS) และผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายต่างประเทศ ญะมาอัต อิสลามีย์ ได้รับโอกาสในการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์เพื่อส่งสารและนำสลามจากชัยค์ ยูสุฟ อัล เกาะเราะฎอวีย์ ประธานสหภาพนักปราชญ์มุสลิมนานาชาติ (IUMS) และเป็นตัวแทนนำสลามจากมุสลิมในทวีปเอเชียใต้ให้กับผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่าน
หัวหน้าพรรค Saadet จากประเทศตุรกีได้แสดงความซาบซึ้งใจ และกล่าวว่างานประชุมนานาชาติเพื่อความเป็นเอกภาพของอุมมะฮฺอิสลามครั้งนี้ได้มอบความหวังให้กับมุสลิมทั่วโลก เช่นเดียวกับตัวแทนจากประเทศอื่น ๆ ต่างก็ได้ร่วมกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ในพิธีปิดงานประชุมเพื่อแสดงการสนับสนุนต่อชาวมุสลิมในประเทศมาเลเซียอย่างเต็มที่
ส่วนหัวหน้าฝ่ายต่างประเทศของหะมาส อุสามะฮฺ ฮัมดาน ได้ประกาศจุดยืนชัดเจนว่าชาวปาเลสไตน์รับหน้าที่ปกป้องอัลอักศอและให้คำมั่นสัญญาว่าจะปกป้องดินแดนปาเลสไตน์ให้พ้นจากการยึดครองอาณานิคมของรัฐอิสราเอล อุสามะฮฺ ฮัมดาน กล่าวว่า "ข้าพเจ้าเป็นตัวแทนกล่าวสลามจากพี่น้องชาวปาเลสไตน์ที่เชื่อว่าพวกเขาไม่ได้ต่อสู้เพียงลำพังกับการยึดครองอาณานิคมนี้ โอ้ พี่น้องแห่งอัลกุดส์ พี่น้องแห่งบัยตุลมักดิส พี่น้องแห่งฆ็อซซะฮฺ พี่น้องแห่งศรัทธาชนทั้งหลาย เราจะปกป้องมัสยิดอัลอักศอและสิทธิของชนชาวปาเลสไตน์ที่มีต่อมัสยิดอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์แห่งนี้ ในประวัติศาสตร์ท่านอุมัร อิบนุ ค็อฏฏ็อบ ได้พิชิตดินแดนแห่งนี้ ท่านศอลาหุดดีน อัลอัยยุบีย์ก็ได้ปลดปล่อยดินแดนแห่งนี้ เช่นเดียวกัน เราจะร่วมกันสร้างประวัติศาสตร์ใหม่อีกครั้งให้กับอุมมะฮฺ อุมมะฮฺของเราจะไม่มีวันยอมแพ้ และเราจะสร้างประวัติศาสตร์แห่งการปลดปล่อยร่วมกันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง”
อุสามะฮฺ ฮัมดาน กล่าวต่อไปว่า “พวกเราชาวปาเลสไตน์เชื่อมั่นและศรัทธาจากใจจริงว่าวันหนึ่งเราจะปลดปล่อยปาเลสไตน์ให้เป็นอิสระอย่างแน่นอน ถ้าหากแม้ว่าเราไม่ได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากมุสลิมที่อยู่ ณ แห่งหนอื่นก็ตาม ถึงกระนั้น เราก็ยืนยันว่าเราจะไม่มีวันยอมแพ้ และจะไม่มีวันทอดทิ้งปาเลสไตน์ เราจะต่อสู้จนกว่าจะได้รับชัยชนะ” อุสามะฮฺ ฮัมดาน ได้กล่าวปิดท้ายในฐานะตัวแทนของประชาชนชาวปาเลสไตน์ด้วยถ้อยคำเรียกร้องและขอบคุณอุมมะฮฺที่เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนในภารกิจการปลดปล่อยครั้งนี้ว่า “เราจะดำเนินการต่อสู้ต่อไปและจะเข้าไปปลดปล่อยยังใจกลางของมัสญิดดั่งที่เราเคยปลดปล่อยมาแล้วครั้งหนึ่งในอดีต”
สุดท้ายนี้ เวทีนัดวะฮฺอุละมาอฺนานาชาติ (ภูมิภาคเอเชีย) ภายใต้รัฐบาลแห่งรัฐกลันตันประเทศมาเลเซียร่วมกับสหภาพนักปราชญ์มุสลิมนานาชาติ (IUMS) ได้มีมติตั้งปณิธานร่วมกัน 10 ข้อ ในความร่วมมือระหว่างมุสลิมในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ดังนี้
1) สถาบันสหภาพเอเชียและนักวิชาการมุสลิมแห่งภูมิภาคตะวันออกไกล สำนักงานใหญ่ ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ มีมติทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางและทำการสนับสนุนพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชาติมุสลิมในประเด็นปัญหาต่าง ๆ
2) กำหนดจัดตั้งข้อตกลงทวิภาคีระหว่างประเทศที่มุสลิมเป็นชนส่วนใหญ่กับประเทศที่มุสลิมเป็นชนกลุ่มน้อยเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงศรัทธาอันหนักแน่นให้กับประชาชนชาวมุสลิมให้สามารถยึดมั่นการดำรงชีวิตให้ดำรงอยู่ในศาสนา (ดีน) พร้อมทั้งปกป้องคุ้มครองประชาชนชาวมุสลิมที่มีสภาพหรืออยู่ในสภาวะที่อ่อนแอ
3) สร้างความเชื่อมั่นอย่างรอบคอบว่าประเด็นปัญหาทั้งหมดของประชาชาติอิสลามและปัญหาที่มุสลิมต้องเผชิญในประเทศต่าง ๆ จะไม่ถูกแทรกแซงจากต่างประเทศ (มหาอำนาจตะวันตก) ขณะที่มุสลิมพยายามสร้างสมานฉันท์ในการอยู่ร่วมกัน
4) พยายามประสานปัญหา ‘คิลาฟียะฮฺ’ (ทัศนะความเห็นต่างในประเด็นข้อปลีกย่อยทางศาสนา) ในสังคมเพื่อยับยั้งไม่ให้ผู้ที่ไม่หวังดีต่ออิสลามจุดไฟแห่งความแตกแยกในหมู่ประชาชาติมุสลิม
5) พยายามพัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องของอิสลามให้กับสังคมในแต่ละประเทศตามโอกาสต่าง ๆ
6) ริเริ่มดำเนินการปลูกต้นกล้าเพื่อสร้างผู้ทรงความรู้ (อุละมาอฺ) รุ่นใหม่ที่สามารถรักษาภาวะความเป็นผู้นำตามแต่ละประเทศได้ในภูมิภาคเอเชีย
7) ดูแลความขัดแย้งและปัญหาของชาวมุสลิมที่ถูกกดขี่และไม่ได้รับความช่วยเหลือโดยเฉพาะในประเทศที่มุสลิมดำรงอยู่ในสถานะชนกลุ่มน้อย
8) ประณามการกระทำอันขี้ขลาดของไซออนิสม์ที่ปิดกั้นมัสญิดอักอักศอจากสาธารณะ โดยพวกเขามีเหตุผลเพียงเพื่อต้องการทำลายสถานที่อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ชองชาวมุสลิม
9) ให้การศึกษาแก่สังคมโดยเฉพาะประชาชาติมุสลิมเพื่อความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องว่าศาสนาอิสลามเป็นศาสนาที่ส่งเสริมสันติภาพ ความปรองดอง และทางสายกลาง (ดุลยภาพ) ในการกลั่นกรองเพื่อกำจัดแนวคิดสุดโต่งที่ฝังอยู่ในความคิดของมุสลิมบางกลุ่ม
10) ให้ผู้ทรงความรู้ได้ประสานร่วมมือระหว่างกันในความพยายามที่จะฟื้นฟูอารยธรรมอิสลามในภูมิภาคเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นแบบอย่างให้กับอารยธรรมอิสลามทั่วทั้งโลก
สุดท้ายนี้ ถือว่าเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่เรามีโอกาสเข้าร่วมและมีส่วนร่วมในงานประชุมครั้งนี้ ทางยมท. ขอขอบคุณสำหรับพี่น้องมุฮัมมัด ฮัซวันและฮามีดียฺที่คอยดูแลทีมงานยมท.ตลอดช่วงเวลาที่อยู่ที่นั่น รวมไปถึงพี่น้องจากองค์กรต่างๆที่สละเวลาเพื่อพบปะกับเรา แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับเรา และห่วงใยความเป็นอยู่ของเรามุสลิมในประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้ เราขอขอบคุณนักวิชาการที่เราเคารพนับถือที่ได้ร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้ความเข้าใจถึงบทบาทและความรับผิดชอบเพื่อสร้างความเป็นปึกแผ่นให้กับอุมมะฮฺของเรา เราขอดุอาอ์ให้สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดเกิดขึ้นกับอุมมะฮฺของเรา และเราก็จะขับเคลื่อนช่วยเหลือตามบทบาทหน้าที่และภาระรับผิดชอบของเราในประเทศไทย ในภูมิภาคอาเซียน และในทวีปเอเชีย ให้สอดคล้องกับปณิธานทั้งสิบข้อ ตลอดจนร่วมดุอาอ์ให้กับพี่น้องของเราทั่วโลกให้พ้นกับการประสบปัญหาและบททดสอบครั้งนี้ อามีน
22 July 2017, the night of closing ceremony in conjunction with the 4th International Ummah Solidarity Assembly (Asia Region) at the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium has brought together about 100,000 attendees. Abdul Ghaffar Aziz, Assistant Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) and Director of Foreign Affairs, Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan, took the opportunity in his speech to convey Salam from the President of IUMS, Sheikh Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi and from Muslims of South Asia continent.
President of Saadet Party from Turkey also shared the same gratitude saying the Ijtima has given hope of Muslims unity all over the world. Similarly, representatives from other countries presented their speech in the closing ceremony expressing fullest support to Muslims in Malaysia.
HAMAS International Bureau Chief, Osama Hamdan, asserted that all Palestinians have pledged to defend Al-Aqsa Mosque and continue protecting the Palestinian land to be free from Israel. “I convey Salam from your brothers and sisters of Palestine who believe they are not fighting the occupation alone. We are brothers in al-Quds, Bayt-al Maqdis, our brother of Gaza, we are brothers who will certainly defend the Masjid al-Aqsa. Protect the rights of Muslims in this mosque. Umar ibn Al-Khattab (R.A) had conquered Bayt-al Maqdis, Salahuddin al-Ayyubi had liberated Bayt-al Maqdis. Creating a new history for the Ummah, which this Ummah will not give up and will create a new history”
Osama Hamdan said that the Palestinians always believe one day Palestine will be free. Although without Muslims from all over the world, they still will not give up on Palestine, when the entire Ummah will move to protect Palestine, support the Palestinians and their struggles. All the Palestinians who are fighting, they are grateful to the brothers in Malaysia and all over the world who always support them. He said “We will pursue this struggle and will enter the mosque as it will enter into it for the first time”
At last, the Nadwah Ulama of Ijtima Kelantan 2017 organized by Kelantan State Government and International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) hereby solemnly declare 10 agreed resolutions as follows:
1) Institution of the Union of Asian & Far East Muslim Scholars, with the headquarters in Kuala Lumpur to centralize and champion issues surrounding the Muslim Ummah.
2) Establishment of bilateral consensus between majority-Muslim countries and minority-Muslim countries to strengthen efforts for the Deen and consequently provide protection for vulnerable Muslims.
3) Deliberate efforts to ensure that all problems and issues of Muslim countries and the Muslim Ummah do not involve foreign intervention (the West) during efforts of reconciliation.
4) Pioneer efforts to harmonize ‘Khilafiyyah’ issues in the society as to stop enemies of Islam from creating disunity of the Muslim Ummah.
5) Endeavor in the development of Islamic knowledge in the society in respective countries using the various opportunities present.
6) Take serious initiatives in breeding the next generation of Ulama who can sustain Ulama leadership in countries within the Asian region.
7) Accommodate conflicts and issues of oppressed and helpless Muslims especially those residing in minority-Muslim countries.
8) Firm condemnation on the cowardly actions of the Zionist regime which closed Masjid al-Aqsa from public with the sole reason to destruct the mosque.
9) Educating the society especially the Muslim Ummah that Islam is a religion promoting peace, harmony, and moderation, in an effort to eradicate the carrier of radicalism amongst the Ummah.
10) Unite and channel ongoing efforts of Ulama to restore Islamic civilization in this region which can act as a model for global Islamic civilization.
Finally, it was pleasure for us to attend this conference and to take part in this historic event. We would like to thank you to brothers Hazwan and Hamidee for taking care of us and to all brothers from all over the world for taking the time to meet with us, exchange some thoughts, and concern our well beings in our Muslim community. We also really appreciate the fact that our respectful scholars in this conference shared some useful knowledge and insight about the roles and responsibilities for our Ummah solidarity. We wish our Ummah for the best, and we will keep our contribution regarding our responsibility here in Thailand, ASEAN region, and Asia continent according to new resolutions as well as to pray for our brothers and sisters around the world.
